Obituary
Joseph E. Kyle Sr., 71, of Jersey Shore, passed away on Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, at Promedica skilled nursing and Rehabilitation, Jersey Shore. He was born in Lock Haven on Jan. 24, 1951, a son of the late Charles E. and Lucy Kyle. He was a graduate of Bellefonte High School.
Joe was a truck driver for Powers Trucking and Davidson Brothers Trucking for many years. He was a member of the Salona United Methodist Church, and a former member of the Elks Club of Lock Haven.
He is survived by two sisters, Beverly (John) Weaver of Howard, and Nancy (Michael) Bryerton of Lamar, three brothers, Bob (Gloria) and Jim (Amy) Kyle all of Bellefonte, and Albert (Sheila) Kyle of Zion,a son, Joseph Jr., and a daughter, Kristie Poage as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rick Conklin officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the. Parkinsons Foundation.
